The staff members were friendly and super friendly. It was an exceptionally nice and ideal location for us, so close to a restaurant that catered for everybody at very reasonable prices, surrounding suburbs, and shopping areas.

The room was nice cosy and beautifully maintained, it had a couch, an air conditioner, and a lounge. The staff were amicable and the setting was unbeatable.

amazing breakfast and variety of goodies. modern, recently renovated room with a lounge area, a sofa set, and a carpet. perfect location for ferntree gully, next to which is def worth a ride, the rear alley of the rooms and the two fern tree gully railway stations which are both walkable.

The location is gorgeous and close to a pub in a beautiful area, making it a fantastic spot.

Enjoyed the room with a very comfy bed, my bed was comfy. The breakfast was surprisingly good, the check in was simple. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and amazingly nice and gave me recommendations.

It was a relaxing experience. Everything was really good, excellent staff, comfortable location right by a nearby cafe for a delicious breakfast as well as the Feast Buffet restaurant at the Ferntree Gully Motel. We appreciated rooms with a bed and tv. In general the service was good.

The hotel's location was great, very close to shops. It was very convenient being near the rear alley of the rooms. There's a Feast Buffet restaurant at the Ferntree Gully Motel, supermarkets, and a delightful bakery named Amelia's nearby.

The rooms were clean and roomy, but the kettle lid was broken. I'd DEFINITELY choose this place again for its super friendly staff!
